Oh my, does tonight ever get the official seal of awesomeness. We have Maryland going to Duke, and while Duke should win this game pretty easily, Maryland always plays them tough regardless of record. I'm never surprised when Maryland sticks it to Duke.

But that's just an appetizer for the main course: Warriors/Suns. I know Shaq isn't playing tonight, but that doesn't matter. These two teams are the reason people watch basketball. They both play up-tempo ball and horrible defense. Doesn't get any better than this in terms of exciting, high-flying basketball. It's like you'll be transported back to the late 80s of pro hoops. My guess is Golden State 125, Phoenix 120.

College men's basketball: Maryland at Duke (ESPN, 7 p.m.); St. John's at Cincinnati (ESPN2, 7 p.m.); Kansas State at Texas Tech (ESPN2, 9 p.m.)

Motor sports:  NASCAR Sprint Cup, practice for Daytona 500, at Daytona Beach, Fla. (Speed Channel, noon and 2 p.m.); NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, practice for Chevy Silverado 250, at Daytona Beach, Fla. (Speed Channel, 4:30 p.m.)

NBA:  Phoenix at Golden State (ESPN, 9 p.m.)

Way off-topic, but does anyone know how to get a dent out of a car. Preferably how to get a dent around 6 inches wide and a couple centimeters in depth out of the trunk of a car. I looked around, got suggestions, and am still looking for more. I hear plunger, buy one of those kits, hair dryer and dust compressed air thing...

I was against holding onto him at the beginning, but he flows so well with the offense, and he provides such a boost to Iggy. Those two play extremely well together. Lou Williams has plenty of time to develop, and he still gets into the offense well. It's kinda sick how young this team is though, hopefully they can progress into a sick top three east team soon.

Does anyone hire Samsung after this happening twice? I heard someone tonight (I think on halftime on one of the College Hoops games on ESPN) say Indiana should bring back Bob Knight. Somehow I think if they approached him, he might tell them there is not enough money in the world to get me back or say something like make me the AD and I'll be the coach.

If you're a low level college team with nothing to lose, why not?  Just sign him up to an extremely favorable contract to the school (i.e. he messes up he leaves with no compensation, and if he suceeds he or his new school pays up big) and say that he's turned it around.

Yeah, you have to do something in the deal that says one violation, you are gone regardless.

If Todd Bozeman can get a job somewhere, Sampson will surely get another job.
