Nightly Q: Time For Greg Paulus To Get PWND Again

If we're ever to be friends you'd first have to agree that Greg Paulus is a little punk and that Deron Washington is one of your favorite players in college basketball.

This could be a fun night for Duke haters as the Blue Devils travel to Virginia Tech, a team who's played as well as anyone against the Fighting Floppers. As long as the official abide, we should have ourselves a game and I'm going to give it my official upset pick which has been insanely accurate thus far.

Here's what's on:

College Hoops:  Duke at Virginia Tech (ESPN, 7); Seton Hall at Providence (ESPN2, 7); Michigan State at Northwestern (ESPN2, 9); UCLA at Oregon (FSN, 10:30)

NBA:  San Antonio at Miami (TNT, 8:15); New Jersey at Golden State (TNT, 10:30)

Golf:  Buick Open, PGA Tour -- I believe they are showing a rerun of Tiger's round tonight at 7 on the Golf Channel with bonus Kelly Tilghman apology.

Tennis:  Australian Open, at Melbourne: men's semifinals (ESPN2, 3:30 am (live) and ESPN2, 3 pm (same-day tape)


Might head up to the NW-Spartans game ... if so I'll drop some pictures in here. Enjoy the night.

The best part of that video is at the end when the announcer says  "And Greg Paulus does fall but...". You could run that piece of audio all night and it would make perfect sense.

How can you even call out Washington and try to joke that there's always acting...it is Duke they are playing here...right?

Lucky you, I, however, don't have the alcohol nor cash, so will go the easier/cheap route, and change the channel.

haha, I was in your position once and adopted the same approach.

If you changed it, you missed Patrick saying "Duke looks sensational" after VT committed three unforced errors.

I realize Virginia Tech is instigating a few plays ... but Mike Patrick and Len Elmore's coverage is an embarrassment to ESPN. Their failure to acknowledge the other side of the equation is sad.

It's also sad I'm talking to myself.

Well to make you happy, Stevie Downie just recieved his payback for his hit earlier in the season. It was a hell of a lot nastier, lucky he didn't break his neck. Philly fans responded with the good ol asshole chant. lmaooo

I am watching Sports Science. Chad Johnson runs ten yards in 1.8 seconds and he runs ten yards while making a cut by the eleventh yard in 1.9 seconds. Also Rice is faster than lightning. Bam!
