Nearly everyone who owns a television or has access to the internet by now has heard that O.J. is in jail yet again. The charges include assault with a deadly weapon (though none really believe he had a gun), robbery, and now kidnapping and the conspiracy to commit kidnapping.

I am not really sure how they got kidnapping into the list of charges, perhaps creative thinking on the part of the police, but it does seem to me that this is less about what Simpson did in Vegas and more about what Simpson is believed to have gotten away with in LA. I am not one of those who believed the O.J. was innocent, but I am one who believes that people can only be charged with what they have done; and this story is getting more and more far fetched by the minute.

3	The tape recording of O.J.'s robbery is "supposedly" my school's ceramic teacher's husband. -that was an impossible sentence to type. Do I know if that is true? No. Do I know if Ms. Ross (the ceramic teacher) is awesome? Yep. Inside information. Give me three points.

The whole sound recording is kind of fishy to me. Is it real? Possibly, but the fact that the dude is getting robbed with guns pointed at him having the presence of mind to record it, doesn't make a lot of sense to me. I have also heard reports that it was someone in OJ's group recording, I don't know why on earth you would want that kind of evidence lingering over you. That's a little worse than leaving a glove at the scene. I have heard people say, over the years, that this person or that will convicted because there is too much evidence against them. In this case I think O.J. will get off because the amount of evidence and type of evidence against him is staggering, to the point that it looks like a set up.

We had a discussion about this in my government class (which is where I heard about my ceramic teacher stuff) and her husband deals with jewelry and he was having a meeting with the casino.
