Terrelle Pryor has been traded to the Seahawks
The Seahawks will get Pryor, an exciting and capable backup to Russell Wilson, and the Raiders get a 7th round pick from the Seahawks.
In 11 games (9 starts) with the Raiders last year, Pryor threw 7 TD passes and 11 interceptions. He also ran for 576 yards and 2 TD, including one 93-yard scamper.
He still needs polish as a passer, but Pryor is an extremely good running QB. He's not exactly like Russell Wilson, but their skill sets are similar enough that Pryor might be able to step in and serve as a backup to Wilson without the Seahawks needing to drastically change their playbook.
This is a solid move for both teams. The Raiders had no need for Pryor, and the Seahawks get a backup who is most likely much better than anyone they would have selected with the final pick of the draft.
The question is this: Will Pryor ever actually see the field?
