No. 2 Running Back Recruit Decommits From Oklahoma, Eyes SEC
Bryant's level of commitment had been questioned over the last several weeks after he had asked Auburn and South Carolina fans to show him support over Twitter.
The power-based tailback now has his sights on the SEC, where he holds offers from both the Tigers, Gamecocks, Alabama Crimson Tide, Florida Gators, and Georgia Bulldogs.
Bryant, a 4-star prospect, finished his junior high school season with 2,180 yards off 224 carries (9.7 ypc) and 25 touchdowns. He was also a contributor to the passing game, grabbing nine receptions for 272 yards (30.1 ypc) and two scores.
The Sooners may have lost their top recruit for the class of 2013, but they still have a verbal from running back Keith Ford, who is ranked No. 3 at his position and No. 32 in the ESPN 150.
