For the first time in 12 years, someone has reached the 60 goal mark. That someone happens to be young superstar Alexander Ovechkin. The truly amazing goal scorer netted numbers 59 and 60 in the third period of Friday night's game against Atlanta, leading the Capitals to a four-goal third period and a 5-3 win.

The next milestone is 70. He has six games to get 10 goals....the pressure is on! I'm beginning to believe he deserves the MVP whether his team(Team Ovechkin) makes the playoffs or not.
