Blog Photo - Pacman Jones notches eighth career arrestThe news of an early Monday morning arrest of Cincinnati Bengals cornerback Adam "Pacman" Jones places Pacman as the undisputed "most arrested active player" in the NFL. Jones was arrested at about 2:30 a.m. ET Monday morning for disorderly conduct, bringing his career arrest total to eight.

A few months back, we had some fun compiling a most arrested players in the NFL list. At the time, I was stunned to find that Titans receiver Kenny Britt had actually tied Pacman with seven career arrests. But now Jones has re-established himself as the career leader with his eighth arrest.

Cincinnati's WCPO reports that Pacman Jones was arrested for the eighth time early Monday morning, but they're a little short with details. You are not going to get much information from the official reports, other than "Jones was cited for disorderly conduct after a 2013 Dodge Durango he was a passenger in was pulled over on State Route 125 near mile marker 1 in Cincinnati at about 2:30 a.m."

TMZ unsurprisingly has more. According to TMZ, Jones "reportedly mouthed off to officers while they were conducting a field sobriety test on the woman [who] was driving."

Jones turns 30 next Monday. All eight of Adam Jones' arrests have occurred during his 20s.

This does not a count a 2004 college arrest that occurred prior to Jones' NFL career, nor does it count a car registered to Jones being seized in a cocaine bust (2006) and a civil suit (2007) wherein Jones bit a strip club bouncer on the ankle.
