Thinking back on that fateful night where Paul Pierce was able to convince a bunch of buffoons that he's now a Hall of Fame, by recovering from a dramatic trip to hit some key three pointers against the Lakers, it's really too bad Suzyn Waldman wasn't in attendance.

Because honestly, wasn't that just the most dramatic thing you've ever seen?

I'm willing to take back some, not much, but some of my criticism towards Pierce's embarrassing performance in Game 1, because "The Truth" was able to poke some fun at himself last night.

Pierce made his appearance on the Jimmy Kimmel Show by being rolled out on a wheelchair. Perfect.

Kimmel, who resides in LA, obviously wasn't going to let the "injury" slide.

"Will you continue to study acting while you're here in LA?"

Unfortunately, we never get the truth from Pierce that he was merely scared for his knee, but we're glad he's enjoying a full recovery.
