Paul Pierce With Non-Displaced Fracture on Right Hand
Add Paul Pierce to the list of extended injuries throughout the NBA. Pierce will miss the next 2-4 weeks with a non-displaced fracture of the third metacarpal on his right hand.
So far, Pierce has had an underwhelming season with averages of 12.4ppg and 4.9rpg. The 36-year-old has had a difficult time transitioning out of Boston to Brooklyn and is clearly showing signs of his age.
The Nets are now 5-12, but play in the weak Atlantic Division, so the playoffs are still in sight for them if they can all get healthy.
