Peyton Manning, Denver Broncos Should be Favored to Reach Super Bowl

Currently, Manning leads the NFL in QBR, and he has helped bring an offense that was 23rd in yards accumulated last season to sixth in 2012-13 by establishing strong connections with his two star receivers, Demaryius Thomas and Eric Decker.

But the reason why the Broncos are so dangerous is because it hasn’t just been Manning who has been playing at the top of his game.

Knowshon Moreno has averaged over 93 rushing yards per contest since taking over for Willis McGahee after he suffered a torn MCL and broken leg, and Denver’s defense is ranked fifth in points allowed per game.

Overall, the Broncos have had a fairly easy schedule since they started their current 10-game winning streak, but all of their victories this season have come by at least seven points. They have proven to be a legitimate threat to win the Super Bowl and right now they should be the favorites to get there in the AFC.
