Harry Kalas can make the most innocuous events engaging, so when he has a moment like the Phillies clinching a playoff berth it become truly special.

Clearly, none of this would have happened without the Mets forgetting to play baseball, but credit the Phillies for inspired play down the stretch. They could have easily folded after following a 4-game sweep of the Mets with a dud in Miami.
