Per his own Facebook page, Garçon has signed with the Washington Redskins.

Garçon was one of the free agents (along with Robert Mathis) that the Colts actually wanted to hold on to, but it looks like he's choosing Robert Griffin III in Washington over Andrew Luck in Indianapolis.
Alex Marvez of FOX Sports is reporting that the deal is for 5 years, $42.5M, with $21.5M guaranteed.

Looks like they're planning on leading the league in #2 WRs.
IMHO, Garcon Still Has The Potential To Be A #1 WR
... Last Year It Was "leading the league in washed up WRs." Baby Steps!

And they've reportedly agreed to terms with Eddie Royal, as well.

Who are they going to have throw to these receivers? Griffin? I hope he is up to it.

Redskins making more moves, getting everything out of the way early, apparently. They've re-signed Adam Carriker, according to Jason LaCanfora of the NFL Network. The deal is for 4 years and $20M, $7M of which is guaranteed.

And now Adam Schefter is reporting that the Redskins are close to a deal with former 49ers WR Josh Morgan. He and Garçon are both talented, but they might want to pick up a #1 WR at some point as well.
