It's only fitting that Chris Paul and the New Orleans Hornets would take over for the Phoenix Suns as the team we're all rooting for to eliminate San Antonio.
Chris Paul is the new Steve Nash, and by that we mean he's way better than the old Steve Nash. CP3 should have been the MVP if the award befitted it's name. We all know that. Well, those of us who aren't Lakers fans. But congrats to Kobe because he's clearly the one of the two most talented in the game today. He's deserves at least one of these awards.
The Hornets pick and roll, fast paced style has taken over for the seven seconds or less offense of Phoenix. Casual fans of others teams (for instance, me and the Bulls) have embraced New Orleans and Chris Paul as "their playoff team."
This SHOULD be a great series, pitting the Paul-Chandler pick and roll against the Tony Parker-Tim Duncan pick-and-pop.
Oh, and then there's the Dwight Howard vs Rasheed Wallace matchup.
