Great. If you were to make a checklist on how to beat the Patriots, numbers one, two and three would be: "Don't Piss Bill Belichick Off." Thanks to second year safety Anthony Smith, the Steelers have even less chance of winning on Sunday.

"Now we have our swagger back on defense and we're playing great ball, and they're playing great on the offensive side, too," he said of the Steelers. "I think we have a real good chance to win the game and we will win the game."

"We're going to win," Smith said after practice yesterday. "Yeah, I can guarantee a win."

Who let this guy speak? And an ever better question, who is this guy Anthony Smith? I'd consider myself a quasi-Steeler fan and I'm unfamiliar with him.

Will Someone from Steeler Nation (If there is such a thing) hold a fundraiser (candy bars, carwash, whatever) and get this guy a baby sitter for the rest of the season when the reporters are around! I'm sorry, but I still don't get why this is considered such tabboo. Is the thought process that before the Patriots wouldn't try, but now they will? Did the Patriots think before that the Steelers thought they would lose, but now that they have the nerve to think they will win, they're really gonna let them have it?

Sure, Belichick will probably run up the score now because he is The Hoodie, damn it! but other than perhaps turning a 17 point win into a 31 point win, does this really matter? If the Steelers had a chance before, they have a chance now.
