I wasn't sure that San Diego Chargers - Denver Broncos game was going to end, but thanks to Mike Shanahan's cajones, we can move on to Sunday Night Football.
Football Night in America could be blowout night in America if the recent tradition in this rivalry holds up. Pittsburgh is looking for their 10th straight win against Cleveland. Equally impressive, the Steelers have won 15 of 18 since the Browns returned to arm pit of America.
In week one the Steelers were one of the sharpest teams in the league, while the Browns barely surpassed 200 yards offense against the Cowboys. That will need to change if Cleveland wants to keep pace with the 'Burgh.
One potential benefit is that Ben Roethlisberger's right shoulder is still pretty banged up, so if they can get pressure on him, a few hits could knock him out. On the flip side, none of that will matter if Derek Anderson can't find is 2007 mid season form.
88% are picking the Steelers.
Enjoy the game. I think I'm going to try out these "enhanced" features NBC and NFL.com are offering.
