The score was 2-0 Tigers over the Royals, up comes Matt Joyce 2 on 2 out.. Bang 3 run homer. Now its 5-0, what a joy to see the Tigers with some power coming up to the majors.Although he is a rookie and its way to early to tell, they have some fine talent that is ready to take over the reins from the likes of Sheffield who has struggled with injuries all year, its nice to see they are well stocked. Now Joyce is just the beginning there are others just waiting - Jeff Larrish at times has looked very good with some fine tuning he could be up to stay as well.
Both of these players have been up in the majors for a while, in fact Larrish was just sent back down, but I have a feeling he will be back. From the looks of it Joyce is here to stay.
Oh ya don't forget Mike Hessmann who is down in the minors, even though he has 30 home runs & Bret Clevlen with 17 he is also in the minors.
We as Tiger Fans should be excited about the talent waiting for there time to show there goods.
