The video quality is poor, but the execution by Quad City coach Sean Ponder is superb. Woody Hayes would be proud.

I suppose when you are the head coach of the Arena Football league's developmental league you've got some disappointment issues with your life to take out.

If you can, fast forward to the 2:00 mark for the great angle of Coach Ponder tripping Reggie Perkins with the beautiful sweeping behind the back leg trip that you so accurately used during recess in elementary school on that annoying kid you just couldn't stand.
