So much for this, huh?Roger Federer will go down as the best to ever play, but if he's ever going to win a French Open he'll need Rafael Nadal to 1) trip on his capri's or 2) pick up a new hobby. Because Nadal doesn't lose at Roland Garros. Ever, apparently. Now 21-0 on the clay in Paris.
Speaking of best ever, at 21 years old, Nadal is making a good run at the best on clay. He's also making quite a run at being one of the bigger douchebags to ever play. That could be an entirely different post, but does anyone else feel this way?
Meanwhile, Federer will now resume domination of the sport and win next month at Wimbledon for his 12th grand slam. Pete Sampras could never win at Roland Garros, either, so I suppose this can be forgiven. We didn't need to see him win on clay to call him the greatest. Then again, he's American and sadly we treat that differently.
