Rajon Rondo has signed an extension with the Celtics now, and has his big-money contract. But apparently it hasn't slowed down his trash talk at all, as he got in Chris Paul's face after the Celtics' game against the Hornets.

After the game, the media members were instructed not to ask Rondo any questions about Paul, since there had been a war of words between them before, during and after the game.

One of the appeals of Rondo is that he's aggressive... but he's sometimes TOO aggressive, and a bit thuggish, for lack of a better term. But he might want to slow it down a bit... just throwing that out there.

2	Rondo's issues are indicative of the whole team. Very aggressive and emotional but they can take themselves out of the game sometimes.

3	They can't penalize him for stuff like that???... Dang I wish he'd pull a stunt like that against the Lakers or the Nuggets(if they played)... I do believe Artest or Martin would tag that ass quick, fast & in a hurry.

0	Rondo is way out of line for this one. He's good but in my opinion Chris Paul is the one of the best if not "THE BEST" pg in the league. If Paul had the same kind of help Rondo has with KG, Pierce, Allen, and now Sheed - I'm sure Paul would have a ring too. Rondo just plays on a good team, Paul makes his teammates better.

Rondo had to squash all of his critics coming out of Kentucky including me. i'm all for Rondo being aggressive, you know when players sign a big contract extension their level of play slcks off. Rondo wants to be one of the top Point Guards in the NBA and being timid will not get you there. Guys trash talk all the time the best at it was MJ and Larry Bird. They weren't called THUGGISH, i'm tired of that word being thrown around loosely. Thug means to be a criminal who robs and committs violence. Wife beaters, assault on people are thugs not someone who trash talk! PAT think of a better term as you put it.
