Blog Photo - Ray Allen Sets Playoff 3-Point Record
Thursday evening, Ray Allen broke the record for the most amount of three pointers all-time in the playoffs.  Allen surpassed Reggie Miller’s 320 playoff three pointers by draining five 3-pointers in Game 3 against the Milwaukee Bucks.  Allen now has two more three-pointers than Reggie Miller with a total of 322.  And with the combination of the Miami Heat set to advance far into the playoffs and Allen not planning on retiring any time too soon, he may put the three-point playoff record so far out of reach, it may never be broken again.
Records are meant to be broken, but if anyone is going to break Ray’s record, it’s going to take the combination of unparalleled shooting, being on a playoff team every year, great health, and a very long career.
