I've always been impressed with international soccer players. They seem to have no qualms whatsoever about calling up a few hookers and having a good time. Maybe a lot of pro athletes do that here in the states, but none do it nearly as openly.But this story has a little twist, or actually something much worse than that.
As you may know, Brazilian star Ronaldo used to be the best player on the planet. Don't confuse him with Cristiano Ronaldo, who's from Portugal, and also arguably the best player on the planet right now. But either way, there's one thing both guys seem to love - hookers.
Fortunately for Cristiano Ronaldo though, he's always managed to get hookers that are, you know, women.
Ronaldo, uh, not so much. On Saturday night, Ronaldo was in Rio and picked up two "women" and brought them back to his place. And you guessed it, they were both packing sausages.
Ronaldo was naturally not so happy, and offered nearly US $500 for everyone to keep their mouth shut. But Andre Luis Ribeiro Albertino, one of the transvestites in question, demanded a sum of US $25,000 to keep quiet. Ronaldo considered the demand to be extortion, so the argument ended up at a police station.
That must have been a pretty awesome conversation to have been a part of. As an added bonus, one of the transvestite's got a quick video of Ronaldo on their cell phone and put it on YouTube.
I'm not really sure what the moral of the story here is, but I think it's that if you ever decide to pick up a hooker off the street, make sure it isn't a transvestite. And if you do happen to pick up a transvestite, then pay them whatever they want in extortion money to keep their mouth shut. You'll definitely be glad you did.
