Baldwin will always take any criticism on his abilities as a challenge and will give a performance that will speak volumes about how wrongly underestimated he was.
His impressive endurance, stamina, speed and reflexes are all there as a proof that he is no average wide receiver and stand among the elite of NFL. Through his performance he will prove that he is more than what others predicted of him and a way better player than even his coaches thought of him. His flair is just as hot as Richard Sherman and his game bears testament to that fact.
Baldwin said that everyone had their opinions but just so they said it did not mean that they were right.
"Let's be honest: Everyone has got their opinion," Baldwin says. "It doesn't mean their opinion is an intelligent one."
Throughout this season there has been talk that the Seahawks wide receiver are not up for their duties and are the weak link in the team. They have often been referred to as the problem that the Seahawks will have to solve if they ever want to win the Super Bowl. Their talent has been wrongly labeled as mediocre and Baldwin isn’t one to stand around and let other call him that. With his performance on the field Baldwin proves that the wide receivers are underdogs and will give their strongest performances under pressure. It is at critical moments of the game when the Seahawks needed them the most that they delivered and made huge contributions to their success.
Baldwin has been giving a great performance the entire season and especially shone during the playoffs. Now that he is headed into the Super Bowl being labeled a mediocre player and being underestimated is no longer a factor. The performance in the Super Bowl will definitely be one that people will refer to whenever they want to talk of Baldwin. It all depends how he will fare in them.
