Finally, when he was picked 23rd overall by the Minnesota Vikings, Floyd gave a very impressive, humble interview to Deion Sanders of the NFL Network.

Some had speculated that Floyd fell because of character concerns, but Mike Mayock, also of the NFL Network, believes he is the best defensive lineman he watched on tape this year. However, he is the third defensive tackle off the board today.

The former Florida Gator didn't put up huge numbers in college, but definitely chewed up a few blockers on each play. Another thing that Floyd brings to the table is his ability to block kicks on special teams.

Some experts had expected the Vikings to target a defensive back or linebacker in the first round, but it was defensive line with the 23rd pick. However the Vikings pick again at 25, so their day is not done yet.
