It’s been almost a year since Sean Taylor died of gunshot wounds from murderous robbers in his Miami home. That brutal act and the agony it created became a symbol of Washington’s torturous 2007 season. Head Coach Jim Zorn, who was with the Seattle Seahawks when Taylor died, wanted to mark the grim anniversary.
Zorn thought it was important to remind his players of Taylor before those from outside the organization reminded them of the anniversary. So he brought a collage of Taylor photos that normally hangs outside his office to a team meeting yesterday morning.
