The Los Angeles Kings bring the Finals back home to Staples Center tonight for game three. The Kings lead the series 2-0, thanks to two exciting goals in two nail biting overtime games. How will tonight play out in front of their home crowd? Can the Devils bounce back and narrow the gap to just one game or will the Kings pull ahead yet again?Either way, this is highly likely to be another barn burner. We hope you'll join us during the game to chit chat about each great hit, shot, save, goal, and maybe we'll even see a scrap or two. It's doubtful, the Kings having so much to gain and the Devils having so much to lose, but you never know (hey...you've gotta hook the casual fan somehow).
Grab a drink and a snack, sit down, tune the television to NBC (or CBC if you're north of the border), and let's Q!

I'd throw the Cards into that mix as well. They didn't put it all together until the last month of the season when the Braves started to hit a road block. Until then, they were very inconsistent and led the league in blown saves. This has been a year of the improbable.

The Kings are the NHL version of the last season's Giants: A team that showed flashes of brilliance, but never put it all together in the regular season, but became an unbeatable buzzsaw in the playoffs.

Brodeur never had complete control of the puck. Yeah it was under his pas, but he lifted his leg up and left the puck sitting there for a tip in. 1-0 Kings!

The Devils have looked much stronger than the Kings so far. Someone might wanna tell Marty not to clear the puck right into the center of the ice with Kopitar coming towards him. He got away with it, but usually you won't be so lucky.

It's on NBC Sports for games 3 and 4, a stupid move that NBC has done for as long as they've had the Stanley Cup Finals. LET'S GO KINGS!
