As you're probably well aware of, there are many great stories about where the the Stanley Cup has been and what it's been subjected to over the years. This year, it's no different. After the Penguins captured the Stanley Cup and spent all Friday and Saturday night drinking and carousing, they went to Mario Lemieux's house for a slightly more low-key pool party on Sunday. Naturally, Lord Stanley wound up in Super Mario's pool, where he's actually been once before.

2	Nobody parties with the Stanley Cup like Brett Hull, The Dallas Stars, and Pantera. Lord Stanleys Cup has never been the same (it was dented at that pool party). Sitting in a pool at Mario's house is pretty tame to me.

It's not so tame if you know what happened to the Stanley Cup the last time it was at Mario's house. That's where my caption above comes from.
