Stephon Marbury Says He Has "So Much" on Isiah Thomas, He Has to Start Him
READ MORE:
Whatever sort of "stuff" could Stephon Marbury have on Isiah Thomas? He seems like straightforward guy without anything to hide.  A few more details have come from the spat between Marbury and coach and it centers around a lineup change.

According to a person close to the team, Marbury's air rage began when Eddy Curry, following a conversation with Isiah Thomas, told Marbury that he and Marbury were being pulled from the starting lineup against the Suns.

Upon hearing that he would back up second-year guard Mardy Collins, Marbury marched toward the front of the plane to meet with Thomas. Five minutes later, an enraged Marbury told his teammates that if he wasn't starting he wouldn't suit up for the game. But it was something else Marbury said that stunned his teammates in the back of the luxury plane.

"Isiah has to start me," Marbury fumed, according to the source. "I've got so much (stuff) on Isiah and he knows it. He thinks he can (get) me. But I'll (get) him first. You have no idea what I know."

Ooh this could get good. I say they just share all their juice and whoever has more gets to have it his way. If I'm Isiah Thomas, I just start Marbury and take him out at the first timeout. BTW, how does Stephon still have a job?

Right now David Stern is preparing an offer to Marbury to just shut up.  I didn't think the Knicks could be any more embarassed but it looks like they still haven't hit rock bottom.  The NBA - Where Amazing Happens.

Man, the Knicks sure are a well run organization. What does Thomas need to do to get himself fired??? Not that he should be canned based solely on Marbury's theatrics, but keeping a guy like Thomas on the payroll opens themselves up to junk like this!

Can't Thomas even give him away to another team. Can the Knicks eat his salary in a trade like baseball?

I believe it was Stern that said this: "It demonstrates that they're not a model of intelligent management. There were many checkpoints along the way where more decisive action would have eliminated this issue."

No finer example than a failure to appropriately manage its players. But any team willing to pay Stephon Marbury for his services demonstrates a lack of intelligent management.

We already know Isiah is an ass and completely incompetent at his job.  What else could Marbury possibly have on Isiah, that he eats kittens and small children?
