NBA point guard, Steve Nash, has always been one of the hardest workers in the league. In this 20-minute video, Nash puts on an array of shooting drills from spin moves, runners, to 3-pointers; demonstrating why he is one of the best shooters in NBA history.
During the drills he shot 135 for 188 (72% shooting), his 3-pointers were 8-12 (66% shooting), and his Overtime shots were 4-8 (50% shooting).
What makes the drill so interesting to watch is that he's actually used all of these shots during game time, which is what makes him such an offensive threat for someone so athletically challenged.
In the beginning of the video, Nash says, "If every basketball player worked out as hard as I did, I would be out of a job." The veteran point guard is now 38 years old and will be 40 by the time his contract is up with the Lakers, but if he continues to keep his body in shape, he could eventually wind up being the oldest basketball player in NBA history.
