If you watched more than a few minutes of football, there's a good chance you saw this ad a half dozen times. I didn't mind. It's awesome.
Nike's Leave Nothing campaign featuring LaDainian Tomlinson previously, and now Shawne Merriman and Steven Jackson, is among my all time favorite sports ads. The Last of the Mohicans music is an excellent touch and picks up the intensity and attention.
Love this ad, even if it'll likely be overplayed by Week 4. Let's hope for the sake of keeping things fresh, they have some more lined up.
I share your love for this ad - every time I see it, it gives me goosebumps. (Okay so maybe I don't SHARE your love for it, maybe I'm just a weirdo...you probably don't get the goosebumps).

It's the music that does it for me. I loved that movie, and set to the tune of some quality football video/animations ... definitely goosebumps ... the first 10 times I saw it. The last 24 times I still enjoyed it, but less goosebumps.

I loved that movie too, and the music just brings all those emotions up - someone did a great job putting the music to the vid. I just added it to my vid collection so I can watch it whenever I want...thanks

That's the good and bad of NFL Ticket. Sometimes you just can't avoid ads, and it ends up being the same you just saw another channel.
My hope is they keep with this campaign and update throughout the season. I thought LT's ad was slick, but this was far better. (Advertising major talking here ;))

Yea I noticed that - when there was a lull in action in the game I'd be watching I'd flip it over to GameMix and there were a couple times the same ad would be showing on two or more windows, or it would show in one, and immediately show in another when it was over. (I love GameMix).
Avoiding ads won't be a problem though if they have stuff like this - and like you said, keep it fresh. It would be cool to have a series of this one showcasing some of the greats of now.
Although, even if the ads suck - it's a good time to go grab another beer or something.
Are you sure that was Steven Jackson in that video. That #39 was actually running north and south instead of east and west, he was running thru guys and he didnt fumble twice.
