I think Tony being a business person . This is a total package for him . He owns teams and race tracks already . Sure there are other drivers who own teams Kasey has sprint cars as well as Ken Schirader and many others .
I think one of the biggest reason is Chevy . Tony may have been pushed a little by GM . Yes the manufactors would do that .
Plus Tony is 37 and may figture to retire in a few years . So ownership is a good way to do that.
As far as Gibbs I think Kyle has become #1 and Denny #2 . Things aren't looking good there for Tony .
Hope this works out for Tony and will still be his fan. I just wonder if HD will go with him, or stay with Gibbs
As an owner now the decision making will be different . Team Drivers , Cars etc . Sould be interesting
