Mandatory Credit: Matthew Emmons-USA TODAY SportsThe Denver Broncos opened up as two-point favorites over the NFC Champion Seattle Seahawks at most sportsbooks—live and online. And by Monday morning the line had already moved by half-a-point in Denver’s favor. The total for the matchup was set at 47.5 points. The Super Bowl is the most-bet sporting event of the entire year and the Broncos, because of the Peyton Manning/John Elway factor, will probably receive the lion’s share of the action.

The Broncos beat the Patriots 26-16 to reach the Super Bowl for the first time in nearly 15 years, while the Seahawks needed a come-from-behind victory and last second tip by Richard Sherman to beat the 49ers and advance to its first Super Bowl appearance in eight years.
