The majority of the commercials were really stupid. The only good commercial I can remember was the one with Troy Polamalu. And the halftime show just completely sucked. Roger Daltrey obviously doens't have the voice anymore and it didn't look Pete Townshend was even playing the guitar. It must suck to have this as your last big appearance that everyone will remember you for. They're obviously too old and should of stayed retired. This was by far the worst halftime performance I have ever seen. The halftime show has actually sucked pretty bad ever since the whole Janet Jackson wardrobe malfunction.

That was a great game Saints Win, And the shots of Brees holding his son in a little Brees Jersey that was Just the Greatest thing on that I saw after the game ended. And Btw I am also a Giants fan

from my experience, since they milk the wholeday in recent years,tey have to keep people tuned in($$$$$$)so their budget for music is probably the same,so they have to spend a good amount on pre game entertainmen than 1/2 time..they figure they already have the audience there by then(whic they do) so they bring in people that cost more forpre game.....springsteen avtually played the 1/2 time show tha tyear for a really good price cause he is a giants fan...carrie was probably the highest paid performeror received as much as the Who did....In the industry we get periodicals that tell us how artists are selling, iftey are passing through my area and if they are accepting routing date(where because theyare passing through will generally be very flexible on their price,pr an unrouted date, and it works out good,becase theyget their hotels paid for, makes some money ge to rest most the day except for show time,,get a really good meal, etc.....depending on who the hospitality coordinatoris makes a difference too...If theylike them they definitely will give a great deal,as they like the home cooking opposed to having to eat in restaurants,and feel like people opposed to a commedity...its really a complex industry....:)speakin of springsteen..his affair to that rich socialite sure got brushed under the rug fast..nd i see pattie hasnt left him....
