Super Bowl XLVIII Quick Reaction: Let the Manning Chatter Begin

Some will say that Manning tainted his legacy after again failing to shine during one of the biggest games of his career; others will say that the Broncos quarterback has already secured has place amongst the all-time greats and one game cannot undo his years of excellent play.
 
The truth, however, lies somewhere in between.
 
Manning is unquestionably one of the greatest quarterbacks to play the game. But, the sad truth is that the NFL legend has continually come up shorts during the playoffs, and is 1-2 in Super Bowls, while making glaring mistakes during all three-games.
 
No, Manning may not have won the big game on Sunday; and he maybe no longer be in the running for the mythical ‘greatest of all-time’ crown. However, one game is not enough to define a player’s legacy one way or another.
