What an awesome season for Phillies fans. I wish I was making this up ...The Phillies also were without All-Star center fielder Aaron Rowand for tonight's game against Pittsburgh. Rowand said he "tweaked" his left shoulder while playing tag with neighborhood kids, and was listed day to day.I know tag can be incredibly violent, but how does the guy who has no qualms about going head first into walls get injured playing with kids? He's a Phillie, that's how. Only way this season gets better is if Ryan Howard goes on the DL playing scrabble.
File this one away in the Hall of Fame Injuries alongside Carlos Zambrano's email-forearm, Joel Zumaya's Guitar Hero among many others.
