       Is Tampa one of them?

Yes. Don't get me wrong, Mike Glennon, the current Bucs starting QB had a really good season by rookie standards, 83.9 passer rating, completed 59.4% of his passes for 2,608 passing yards with 19 touchdowns and 9 interceptions. But is he the Bucs Franchise QB? Not by a long shot. Give the Napoleon Dynamite look-a-like credit, he had a really good rookie year, but come on, he's 2nd-string QB at best.

But, Glennon isn't gonna take Tampa to the playoffs. Back to my point, the Draft is coming up and has a variety of QB's available for Tampa to pick. Problem is, Tampa picks 7th, with 3 QB's in the draft that have the potential to become Franchise QB's, they all are projected to go before Tampa gets a chance to Pick. So should Tampa take a Pass Rusher instead? Yes.

Is Glennon the future QB in Tampa? No. But he's only going in his 2nd NFL season, and had a pretty good year last year, so they need to give him another chance. Unless of course by some miracle Teddy Bridgewater or Manziel is still available when its Tampa's turn to pick, but what are the chances of that?

So should Tampa trade up to try and get Clowney? Depends. Will Tampa sign a pass rusher in free agency, Michael Bennett, Jared Allen, etc.., before the draft? Who knows, time will tell.
