Linebacker Daniel Cobb was arrested and charged with felony burglary on Sunday after being caught robbing an apartment. This specific conviction could lead to up to 20 years in prison as a second-degree felony.
According to the Lubbock police department, an officer responding to incident found evidence of forced entry into the apartment, including Cobb assaulting the occupant.
Cobb started seven games last season and made 70 tackles with 7.5 for loss of yards.
