What do you do if you're not one of the established college football giants and are on the outside looking in during the 2008 National Championship race? You stick it to the man by getting everyone in your dorm, your mother, your sister, you get new IP addresses and damnit, you vote your school No. 1 in the ESPNU Fan Poll. Check out the comedy to the right.
That's right, Texas Tech is No. 1 in ESPN's fan poll which further confirms there isn't much to do in Lubbock, Texas other than drink and see if you can walk-on to the football team as a kicker.
Even more amusing is that TCU, Boise State, Minnesota, Ball State, Utah and Tulsa all find themselves in the Top 11. High comedy.
Meanwhile, Texas finds itself at No. 17. Bravo, Bevo.
While no one has actually voted, it should be noted the FanIQ Top 25 Poll looks much, much more reasonable.
