SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — When Texas coach Mack Brown looks across the field tonight at Ohio State quarterback Terrelle Pryor, he will see a Buckeyes version of recent Longhorns star Vince Young.
Pryor, the USA TODAY national high school offensive player of the year last season, will be one of the central figures in the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl on Monday (8 p.m., ET, Fox). If he can approach the performance Young delivered in leading Texas to the 2005 national title, the Buckeyes (10-2) could end their two-game BCS losing streak.
