Mandatory Credit: Matt Cashore-USA TODAY SportsThe first Notre Dame player off the board isn't Manti Te'o. As expected, it is instead tight end Tyler Eifert, a game-changing playmaker in the passing game that can immediately make an impact in Cincy.

Eifert joins A.J. Green, one of the league's most dynamic young receivers, to give Andy Dalton a receiving core of the future.

Notre Dame won games last year with its defense, but when it came to the passing game, Eifert was often option one, two and three. He led all FBS tight ends with 63 catches and 803 yards in 2011 and had 50 catches for 685 yards with teams keying on him last year.

Eifert is not just a pass-catching tight end, but he is also an underrated run blocker. With Eifert in the mix, Cincinnati is one of the NFL's scariest offenses right now.
