I picked this up from Duke's Bleacher Report and wanted to share it! 
Alright, so Kyrie Irving has committed to DUKE. He is the 2nd best PG in the nation (I consider him the best because he is not a one and done guy - he values the education and college experience). He has a great relationship with two other huge recruits, Harrison Barnes and Austin Rivers, through AAU play.
Kyrie's commitment could cause a domino effect because 1: Harrison Barnes, a SF rated #1 overall, is visiting this weekend and has said he would love to play with Kyrie, "his little brother". and 2: Austin Rivers, although he already gave UF a verbal, is on the verge of reopening his recruitment for the sole purpose of opening the door
for Coach K to step in and work his magic. Austin is the son of Doc Rivers (Celtics coach) and is, as a junior, considered by some sources to be the 5th best HS player in the country at SG. Austin also has a great relationship with Kyrie and when asked if Kyrie's decision would influence his, he answered "definitely".
I AM SO PUMPED FOR THESE NEXT FEW WEEKS AND THE FUTURE OF DUKE BASKETBALL!!!!!
