Apparently the over 7 feet of "Bigfoot" remains were not Bigfoot. Of the two DNA samples taken one was from human remains while the second was 96% opossum. Bummer, sorry Shasta!
Friday morning Mathew Whitton and Rick Dyer, the two men who found the remains, held a press conference showing two photos, but denying anyone from seeing the remains until the scientists had a chance to run their tests.

Back in June the warehouse worker Darryl from NBC's The Office was arrested for possession of a "multitude of drugs" including meth and ecstasy. The cops pulled Craig Robinson over in Culver City CA for a traffic violation, and found the drugs with the actor in his car. He is being charged with possession of meth and ecstasy and being under the influence of cocaine, amphetamines and cannabinoids.

2 milk chocolate cookies please, that is what I get at Mrs Fields cookies when I get them at the mall. However they are not doing too good these days. The Chapter 11 filing for Mrs Fields Famous Brands is going to court on Aug 25th. Creditors are going to vote on what is called a prepackaged bankruptcy plan. Which is a plan for financial reorganization that a company prepares in cooperation with its creditors that will take effect once the company enters bankruptcy. This plan must be voted on by shareholders before the company files its petition for bankruptcy, and can result in shorter turnaround times.
Shia is lookin' good and is back to work!
Seen here coming out of a medical building in Glendale, CA this weekend Shia's hand looks pretty good. He is back to work on the set of the new Transformer movie. Shia hurt his hand pretty bad in a roll over accident last month, he was hit by another car who had run a red light.
Set to release in June 2009, the accident only put a short hold on filming. Perhaps it will be released on time.
Is there a jail in Disneyland?
29 suited, fuzzy, glittering Disneyland hotel workers were hauled off to... jail this week after a protest in the streets. The hotel workers where mad because they have been working for the Mouse house without a contract since January. Some of the 29 hauled away were Mickey, Minnie, Tinker Bell, Snow White and Peter Pan(shown here)A rep for Disney says "We have a history of strong relationships with our Unions – and clearly we are disappointed that Unite HERE Local 681 has spent more time protesting -- to date 14 rallies – than the 11 occasions they have spent at the negotiating table. These publicity stunts are not productive to the discussions and are incredibly disruptive to the Resort Area. We care about our Cast Members --- and remain hopeful that we can reach an agreement that is both fair and equitable, providing Union Leadership is reasonable and realistic in its approach."

Let's hear Rosie say something bad about DT now.. Ed McMahon has been having some financial difficulties over the last few years due to not being about to find work, with a hurt neck. So Donald Trump has agreed to buy Ed's house so that he doesn't lose it, and lease it back to him so he has a place to stay.... awwww.. There is no word yet on how much he will be paying for the Beverly Hills mansion, the original asking price on the home was 7 million, but this week it was down to $4.6 million. McMahon is over $600,000 behind on his mortgage, is being sued for $180,000 from Citibank and owes $275,168 to a divorce attorney.
Victim can't speak, but says she is terrified.
Kendra Beebe was stabbed nearly 2 dozen times, she can't speak because of a breathing tube, but she is terrified that the man responsible will get away with it. Kendra communicates through written notes with her loved ones and attorneys about that attack and attacker. She is afraid that if the man is released on bail he will flee the country to India. Who is this man? It's Shelley Malil, you might recognize him from The 40 Year Old Virgin, or from a long list of hit TV shows or commercials. Prosecutors warned that he might try to flee if his passport was not yanked before he made bail. The judge had his passport pulled, and more than doubled his bail to $10 million dollars.
Of the 20+ stab wounds 3 were life threatening, one to each lung and one to the throat. The victims children were upstairs at the time of the attack.

Rammstein recently was laid off from his job.. So sorry!!! but you know what that means... More Faniq time ;)
Pat has been grounded by another Faniq member, Natasha.. not quiet sure for what, but I am sure he deserves it ;) but he is allowed to go to work, church and to eat.. It's been about a week...Keep him grounded Tasha!

A few Qers started new jobs, Derms33, and gearhead. Shawn's job is a Pain in the Rass and Eric.. well he likes his :D
jrbucfan had a dog week last week, 6 pug puppies ( he said he wanted to give me one for my birthday ;) ) he was also bitten by his dad's dog, AND got his DipTet ( Raising Arizona Reference)
