Lots Of Arrests This Week
READ MORE:
In the klink, pokey, slammer this week:

Khloe Kardashian was sentenced to 30 days in jail and told to enroll in alcohol treatment program within 3 weeks of her release from jail.  173 minutes later Paris.. err Khloe was released from jail due to over-crowding.. weird.. Khloe was arrested Nov 2007 for driving under the influence.
Steven Adler former drummer for G-n-R was arrested in Hollywood for possession of narcotics, being under the influence and an outstanding warrant.  The warrant is for not appearing for a court date in April 2006.
Haydn Ledger, uncle to late Heath Ledger was charged earlier this week for receiving stolen goods, when $100K worth or stolen bobcat tractors were found at his office.
Andy Dick.... oh whatamess.. He was drunk and out of control at Buffalo Wild Wings when cops arrested him.  They received a call that there was a patron urinating in the parking lot and causing a disturbance, when they arrived the found Dick in the passenger seat of a van, he had weed and Xanex in his pocket.  They arrested him for pulling down a 17 year old girls shirt and groping her.
Rampage... nuff said..
Scott Michael Foster  aka Kappie from the ABC Family TV show Greek was picked up for DUI early Monday morning in Hollywood. Foster was charged and released on his own recognizance, he will be back in court on August 11.

Holy Ticket sales Batman!

Friday night the family went to go see Space Chimps.. ( hilarious btw).. anywhoo we live in a small town so there are only 8 or so theaters. They stopped showing Wall-E for the day to show The Dark Knight in two theaters, and I thought that was crazy but then I looked today to see that people were paying $100-$200 per ticket to see the movie Friday night.. maybe I should have gone to see that one.  It's being reported that it took in $18.5  Million dollars in theaters that had a a previewing of the movie... Amazing.. and totally expected!  In connection with Mamma Mia and Space Chimps, this has been a record breaking weekend for Hollywood, with $253 million, previous record was held from a box office totals of $218 Million from July 07 with Pirates: Dead Man's Chest and Superman Returns.  Opening day record previously held by Spiderman 3 was $59.8 Million The Dark Knight passed it with $66.4 Million. Opening day weekend was also a record breaking weekend, passing the same movie Spiderman 3 with $155.34, the record was previously $151.1.

Ed McMahon Sues Hospital

Last year Ed was visiting with billionaire Robert Day, when he slipped on his "non-safe entry stairs" and fell while reaching for his "non-existent" hand railing.  He was sent to Cedar Sinai and released.  No X-rays were taken and he said he was treated like a "bobble head".  McMahon's rep, Howard Bragman, says, "We had hoped to avoid a lawsuit, but our discussions were not fruitful and we were left with no other options. That being said, we believe our suit has great merit and we expect a favorable resolution." He is suing for unspecified claims.. however I think I have an ballpark idea of what he would like.

Remind me again why I don't watch Soccer?

Newly single Cristiano Ronaldo was spotted chillin pool-side soaking up some rays in Hollywood.. Don't mind me, I am just going to catch up on the rules of soccer so when Jason asks, I can tell him its cause I'm watching the game dude, get me a beer..

Hot mess cleans up nicely..

Recognize this "lady" standing next to her model boyfriend Luke Worrell?  No?  click here to find out who she is..

5 months pregnant yeah!

It is now confirmed that Jennifer Garner IS pregnant with her and Ben Affleck's second child.  I reported it in last weeks wrap-up that there were speculations.  There is no work on whether or not little 2 and a half year old Violet will be getting a sister or a brother. The news was broken by former co-star to Garner, Victor Garbor.  "Yes she is, she is 5 months, and they are very happy"  Awwww so exciting!

British Parents are saying NO MORE to Miley:

Parents are saying that 15 year old Miley is out of control and they refuse to support her any longer.  Mothers are banning her products and TV show in their homes, they say she "is now of an unsuitable nature for a 15 year old mega star."   Miley Cyrus, has vowed to stay a virgin until she gets married just like Mouse house alum.. Brittney Spears... With the provocative photos "coming out", it looks as though her and Nick Jonas from The Jonas brothers are the new Brittney and Justin...

Homewreckers:

Sienna Miller and married father of 4 Balthazar Getty are supposedly moving in together, a source says.  Although he and his wife have been "living separate lives for awhile now" she is still humiliated by the affair. They have 4 children together, the youngest being 10 months old.

The couple were spotted on a balcony in Italy, he kissed her while she was topless, they came back saying... they are just really good friends..

Oookkkk...;)

90210 2.0

In case you haven't been following the nine-oh updates, lemme fill you in...
They are bringing back the 90's hit t.v. show Beverly Hills 90210 with a fresh new look and a brand new cast.  For instance the Peach Pit is now a hip coffee house, and Shannon Doherty will be joining the cast as the Musical Director for the High School.

There is also talk of Kelly, and Donna coming back as well.  One of the newer characters is Tabitha Mills played by Arrested Development's Jessica Walter.
Tabitha is a has-been Hollywood starlet who finds comfort in a bottle and whose alcoholism is the reason her son's family moved to Beverly Hills from Kansas. Tabitha is the grandmother of WBHS student Annie (Shenae Grimes) and mother-in-law to Celia ( Lori Loughlin), a former Olympic Games medalist.

"The difference between Lucille Bluth and Tabitha is that Lucille likes vodka and Tabitha likes Scotch." — Jessica Walter, formerly of Arrested Development and now of 90210, on what distinguishes her two recent TV characters

Free Peep show for ALL the kids

Looks like CBS isn't going to have to pay for the "wardrobe Malfunction" from the 2004 Super Bowl Half time show with Justin Timberlake.  The Federal Courts say that the FCC
acted "arbitrarily and capriciously" in slapping CBS with the fine.

First of all - Space Chimps?      I've had to watch a ton of crappy crumb-snatcher movies and this was one of the better ones.  I can't even tell you how much more I enjoyed this than that stinkbomb Happy Feet.  Was it the best movie ever?  Nah.  But it was a serviceable option to some of the other crap out there.

Now, on to Sienna.  Now if Sienna and I are "really good friends" and she's walking around topless,......ugh, no comment.  Let's just say I'd probably be divorced, too - WAAAAAAY before the kiss.  (probably not by my choice, either)
