Shawne Merriman complained (read: whined) all week about what he deemed ordered hits from Titans coach Jeff Fisher. Well, apparently the NFL agreed to some extent.

David Stewart was fined $12,500 and Kevin Mawae $5,000 for late hits on Merriman. The video above wasn't one of those in doubt, just another instance where the lights were turned out on the Chargers linebacker.
