Tolman and Woonsocket Girls Soccer Fight at Rhode Island State Soccer Championship
I know you loved our post on Friday about the
BYU/New Mexico soccer game catfight - the star of course being Elizabeth Lambert. But I think you'll love this one too. Yes, it's another girls soccer fight video. AWESOME.
This one involves Tolman and Woonsocket in the Rhode Island state soccer championships. And it involves hair-pulling. Sweet.
By the way, women's soccer has now officially surpassed alligator wrestling and the NHL in terms of world's toughest sports.

Rumor has it that these girls have verbally committed to the U of New Mexico which is in negotiations to relocate to the city of Oakland.

Personally, I think the coach at the end is a very underrated part of this. "I'm not going to take the fall for that". Clearly coach is all about sportsmanship.

i know what these girls are feeling. i used to play catcher on my high school's varsity fastpitch softball team and i'd get run over by girls all the time at home plate but i always kept my composure, even when we were getting beat really bad and i just wanted to kill someone, i never lost control and tried to hurt someone. like i said on the other post, you gotta hurt em' on the scoreboard not by pulling hair, that doesn't solve anything, it just makes you look stupid.

Wow, even the local news featured this as a top story. Didn't even wait for the sports segment. I'll bet its the first time that Girl's Soccer was featured in the first 5 minutes of the local news there.

I did stats for my school's varsity girls soccer team in high school since my girlfriend was on the team, and I am sad to report that none of this ever happened with that team. It's too bad, maybe we would have stayed together if she punched a couple of opponents or pulled some hair.

Lifetime ban from playing and a forfeit (if they did win that game). Probably one of the most despicable acts I've ever seen on a playing field. This is right there with the cleated foot stomp in the head in that NFL game a few years back or the recent attempt to remove an eye from a football player. What is going on? Too much pressure to win? IT'S A GAME!
