Tom Brady is one of the best Quarterback in the NFL, with 2,301 completions and 197 touchdowns, and the Patriots are lucky to have him. But, in the second game of the 2008 season against the Kansas City Chief's, Safety Bernard Pollard dove towards Brady's left leg to tackle him. Brady left the game limping.
The team later confirmed that Brady would need surgery, and that he had been placed on injured reserve for the remainder of the season. Now Tom Brady is back, but after his injury who knows how he will perform. All Patriots fans can do is to pray that he will be able to perform well, and at least throw the ball to Moss so he can make the play himself. At the team's practices, Brady seems to be doing fine, but we will all know for sure when the pre-season starts, and the Patriots face off against the Eagles, on August 13.
Will Brady remain the same, be known forever as a star, or will he drown down into a life, only known as once a superstar?
