Tony Romo Leads Cowboys on Game-Winning 83-Yard Touchdown Drive; Jon Kitna Guarantees 9 Wins Now
Jon Kitna wasn't all that impressed with the Cowboys Terence Newman. Chances are Tony Romo isn't all that impressed with anyone on the Lions defense.

Trailing 21-27 with 2:15 left in the game, Romo led the Cowboys on a game-winning 83-yard touchdown drive with a strike to Jason Witten. With the Packers win, this was a much needed victory to ensure home field advantage.

Jon Kitna's 10-win guarantee is officially off. He'd be well advised to talk less. Of course, he'll probably point out his teammates failures and wonder why God let him down.

Great game, great finish.

actually I wasnt either (except when Romo fumbled on that last drive, but that only lasted about 1/2 second). as soon as Detroit missed that field goal, i knew that they had lost the game. and that is the absolute truth!!

Somewhere a former coach of Arizona is thinking, 'If Detroit would have hired me as coach, I would of had the perfect speech!'

This is a game that probably should have been lost, but just like the Bills game you play every minute on the clock, the game isn't over at the 2 minute warning.  Romo showed why he makes the big bucks now.

That;s what I said to the tv in regards to Romo making the big bucks now.   I said, "Awright Tony, time to earn your money now!"    Nice check!

Isn't scary how smmoooooove Romo is under the bright lights and pressure?  He was lovin' it!  But it impresses me more that the offense DID NOT fold even in the face of that fumble on third down.  They all stepped up.  Big ups to Witten also - He caught a bullet to end it.

I still say we need a new Strong Safety...Roy Williams is really a dance-step off.

How about moving Keith Davis to the starter position?  He seemed to be where he needed to be every down against Carolina.

Wish I could have seen the game.  I hope Davis played real well and opened eyes, becuz we are now at Ground Zero...We cannot afford mistakes on either side of the ball.

Well good news is we have 3 weeks to prepare, as the Redskins game no longer really matters.
