Quarterbacks
Christian Ponder (MIN): He's been on this list a couple times, but he's still only owned in 40% of Yahoo! leagues. His 352 yard two touchdown performance on Sunday proved further that he can be relied on regularly in all fantasy formats. He now has more than 240 yards in four of his six games, and has scored 2+ touchdowns in four of six games.Carson Palmer (OAK): Another player returning to the list, Palmer is owned in only 43% of Yahoo! leagues. Palmer only has one bad statistical game, and he's been great for fantasy owners in the other four. He's topped 290 yards in three of five games, and in one of the games that he didn't, he threw for three touchdowns. He'll face the 23rd ranked Jaguars pass defense this week.
Matt Hasselbeck (TEN): Jake Locker will be out for at least one more week, which means that Matt Hasselbeck will get at least one more start. Hasselbeck will face the Bills, who field the league's 20th ranked pass defense which has given up the 7th most passing touchdowns. Hasselbeck has been solid, but not great in his three starts so far, but those have been against the league's 4th, 10th, and 7th ranked pass defenses. Hasselbeck will finally go up against a vulnerable secondary and is a solid matchup-play or bye week fill-in.
Running Backs

Felix Jones (DAL): Jones should be at the top of your waiver priorities list unless you hit some sort of running back jackpot. This week's top waiver pickup came in to replace the injured DeMarco Murray against the Ravens on Sunday and ran for 92 yards and a touchdown on 18 carries. Murray has been ruled out for Week 7, so Jones will face off against a Panthers defense that made the Giants' Andre Brown look like Walter Payton.
Montario Hardesty (CLE): Another player who could see success due to injury, Trent Richardson owners should jump on Hardesty should they not be able to grab Felix Jones. Richardon's status for Sunday is uncertain due to a rib cartilage injury, so Hardesty may end up facing a Colts defense that allowed 161 yards and three touchdowns to the talentless Shonn Greene. Hardesty ran for 56 yards and a touchdown after Richardson left the game on Sunday.

Last week I picked up Palmer just in case RG 3 couldn't make it and Brees having a bye. I didn't need him so I dropped him. This week my 1st place 6-0 team needed a kicker and wr for 2 bye weeks. So I picked up Adam Vintieri from the Colts and Devin Hester of Da Bears for wr.
