Top NHL injuries
Brendan Morrow of the Dallas stars tore his ACL in the game against Chicago. The stars captain had 15 points in 18 games so far this season. With Morrow gone for the season Mike Ribeiro, Loui Eriksson and Brad Richards have to become the stars and become more productive, yes they are the top 3 of 4 in points on their team but Morrow was 2nd. Its not looking to good for Dallas right now because they are last in their division. If these 3 guys don't step up Dallas could be in Big trouble.
The 2nd key injury is Martin Broduer the goalie for the Devils. Even though he is not out for the season is he out till at least February. He is one of the best goalies in the league. To start the season he was 6-2-2. He had 2 shutouts and his and his Save Percentage was .916. His back ups Kevin weeks and Scott Clemmensen have a have a 4-5 record combined. Clemmensen has a .912 Save Percentage in 4 games so far. Kevin weeks has a .903 in 5 games. The Devils are 3rd in their division and 8 points behind the leading N.Y Rangers. These to goalies have to step it up if they want to keep in the playoff rave when Brodeur come back.
