Two games, different people....amazing results

Well, for one heck of a night, let's tune in, to two seperate games.

First of all, the Lakers vs the Rockets. Everyone was expecting this to be where the Rockets' win streak, would come to an end. After all, come on....22 games? This was supposed to be a team on decline, after losing Yao Ming.

Now, a lot of people wonder what is being served in the water, down Houston way.

Surprisingly, there was another game today, that was almost as impressive. Denver, fighting for it's playoff lives, had a game against the Sonics. And, someone forgot to invoke the mercy rule, in this game.

The Nuggets, who presently share several records, including being the losing team on the highest Scoring game ever, with overtimes, actually set the record, for the most points scored, in a non-overtime game. 168.

No, that's not a mistake. Every Quarter, the Nuggets hung a 40 plus spot, save for only 38 in the second quarter.

Another item, that might be hard to believe in this game, is no Nuggets scored more than 30 points, but there was lots of players in double digits....nothing like sharing the love.

As the games go on, can wrap it up, with a note of happiness....St Joe's is in the big dance again...guess beating Xavier twice in the season helps....now if they could ever figure out Temple...they could be a threat.

Go Hawks!
