US sprinter Tyson Gay obviously has a name that's pretty easy to have some fun with. You can come up with about a million funny headlines for him having set the wind-aided 100 meter dash record. I won't even go into that.

But when it comes to news services reporting on it, you figure they won't be as juvenile or as idiotic as we are. But you'd be wrong.

If you're wondering why a homosexual eased into the 100 final at the Olympic trials, it's because One News Now is a Christian news service run by the sort of anti-gay American Family Association that filters the site's content so words like "gay", "single mothers", or "rational common sense" get changed around to something less offensive. Or is it more offensive? I'm not exactly sure.

I just hope there comes a day when sprinters with the last name of Gay can run with the freedom of knowing their name won't be changed to "homosexual." We can do this people.
